Thoracotomy, Gastrotomy & Oesophagotomy .It was a 4 hours long difficult surgery done successfully on Mechanical ventilator.
Post OP —Baby was on High frequency low tidal volume ventilation, She had Right sided Aortic Arch & Severe Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.Her journey was a roller coaster ride with 13 days of ventilation and 17 days of total NICU stay.
