Prematurely Born Twins at 30 weeks Gestation and Weighing Merely 1 KG are not easy To Handle , neither for the NICU team nor for the parents at home.
These Preemies were on Invasive Ventilation Support For Approximately 2 weeks.
After Extubation also, they had difficulty in breathing properly as they went recurrently into “ Breath Holding Spells”.
As their Brain Matured these issues resolved, and after 1 month they are being discharged with a stable and Good Weight of 1.5kg.
Hope they Perform Good at Home and their parents would be able to take care of them.
